They do have PHIMOSIS kits they sell on Amazon that helped facilitate the stretching of the foreskin their little rings with a insert tool that help you insert the rings with graduated diameters Where you leave the ring in for an hour or two at a time and then gradually work up to a larger diameter ring they work
