Girly clothes in men's sizes? My best guess would be ebay or fancy-dress/costumiers (You can actually find some high quality items, but they will cost you a fair bit). Also depends, specifically, what you wish to get. Lingerie, corsets and hosiery is quite easy to find in larger sizes. But if you are looking for gowns, dresses, blouses, skirts and especially shoes... then you may have to find a retailer that caters specifically to men, larger women or trans women.
